Aisling's learned to be a little more discerning when travelers trespass through her forest. Her wolves do not need to rip families to pieces.
But that doesn't mean she simply ignores them. She follows along in the bushes, by scent and by sight, keeping an eye on who is foolish enough to try causing harm.

A book. She thought all books were special, once--but only Brendan's was, and it's locked up where she can't get to it. There are many of those strewn about on the ground in her forest.
Deep in her chest, Aisling rumbles in disgust.
