This isn't the first time Ghost's taken their children out, but it's rare that anyone's noticed, and rarer without kicking up a fuss. This is a charming interaction, to be certain.
Pepper grabs the paper and stares at it intensely, 'reading' it. Nevermind it's sideways now, and that they do some of that by tapping some of it with their antennae, as some do with words written in stone. Bap-bap-bap. Some of that might catch Quirrel's fingers, which they 'read' just as intensely.
Another head worms their way into staring, face sticking out above their sibling's.
Contemplatively, Powder stares somewhere around Quirrel's bandanna.
One of Ghost's claws slide up to block their view, just as they start wiggling into position. No, they're not allowed to jump on top of his head. (Yet, perhaps.)
