It's an empty claim, mostly - he doesn't really expect them to remember everything - but it feels right to remind them he's interested. (...Also, that they've already told him so much is something he's proud of, and Seer might as well know about it.)
Either way, he appreciates extra detail.

...She does entertain the mental image, if only for a moment. Perhaps, if circumstances were different, she would invite them to tell her more. A long time ago, she would have liked to hear such stories.
Things change. As it is, she has only one other question quite pressing enough to bother asking.
