On second thought, it's not important. Lemm is willing. A Charm held fresh in their paw makes urgency rise that they don't need to act on. They have time, and they nod their own enthusiasm back.
There are very few places that exist of that, but I know I've seen some. I found Quick Slash in it and had Nails, so I recall it best.
