Lemm wasn't sure he'd actually go through with saying that. The veil of ow he's working through definitely made it harder to talk himself out of it - easier just to speak as plainly as possible and not waste the energy. But the truth is he'd been hoping he'd take that courage for a while.

It has not occurred to Lemm that they might be as muddled as he feels, but the odd sentence is studied with some concentration and the sentiment comes across properly on the second read-through.

He wants so badly to pluck it from them and put it with the others, but it'd be too obvious. Regardless it is a great effort to keep his hands still. "Ah... hm. How's - how're you and... yours?" Changing the subject slightly. Lemm gestures to the Knight and then... sort of more loosely around them.
